Develop a clear process that will attract the ideal candidate, including communication plans, interview scorecards, candidate management, and sourcing strategy.

INTERVIEWING & CANDIDATE SELECTION
Manage end-to-end search process including interviewing, sourcing, and feedback consolidation. Provide comprehensive candidate notes and search progress while regularly ensuring alignment on the need.

NEGOTIATING AND CLOSING
Set candidate and client compensation expectations, conduct references, and close final candidate. Maintain check-in cadence with candidate and client once candidate is in role.
